1. Cancellations Within 2 Hours of Booking
Orders for tarot readings are considered final once payment is completed. However, clients may request a cancellation within 2 hours of booking by contacting support. After this period, cancellations are no longer accepted, as the preparation for personalized readings begins promptly.
2. Right to Refuse a Reading
I reserve the right to refuse a reading if the client’s question does not align with my ethical guidelines (e.g., questions about health, legal matters, or third-party inquiries). In such cases, the client will be contacted, and if we cannot agree on a revised question, the order will be cancelled, and a refund will be issued. Please note that any refund provided will exclude non-refundable transaction fees charged by Stripe.
3. No Refunds After Delivery
Due to the personalized nature of each tarot reading, no refunds will be issued once the reading has been completed and delivered via email. Each reading is crafted uniquely for the client, making it non-returnable and non-reusable.
4. Exceptions for Technical Issues or Order Errors
Refunds may only be considered in cases of technical issues, such as duplicate payments or accidental orders. In such instances, please contact our support team to resolve the issue promptly.
