1. Purpose and scope of application
These general terms and conditions (GTC) govern the sale of tarot printing services offered on this site. By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms and conditions in their entirety.
2. Description of services
The site offers personalized tarot readings by Kelly. These readings are delivered by email within 3 to 7 business days of order confirmation. The services are designed to provide guidance and reflection and are intended for personal and recreational use only.
3. Reservation and Cancellation Policy
Tarot orders are considered final once payment has been made. Due to the personalised and intuitive nature of my readings, no cancellations or refunds are accepted after purchase.
I reserve the right to refuse a reading if the customer’s question doesn’t align with my ethical boundaries (for example, questions related to health, legal matters, or third parties without consent). In that case, the customer will be contacted within 24 hours. If we are unable to agree on a revised question, the order will be cancelled and a refund issued.
Please note: transaction fees charged by Stripe are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount (as the original request did not respect the boundaries outlined above).
4. Payment and billing
Payment is required in full at the time of booking. Payments are processed via Stripe, which guarantees optimum transaction security. No order will be confirmed until payment has been validated.
5. Right of Withdrawal
Due to the personalized nature of tarot services, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the reading has been created and delivered.
A request may be declined if it doesn’t align with the ethical boundaries stated on this website. In such cases, you will be contacted within 24 hours, and a refund will be issued — minus non-refundable transaction fees — if no revised question can be agreed upon.
6. Limitation of liability
The tarot services offered on this site are intended for guidance and personal reflection. They do not guarantee any specific result and are not a substitute for professional advice in areas such as health, legal matters or financial decisions. Kelly does not perform readings related to legal matters, health issues or third-party requests (e.g., questions about other people’s private affairs). By using these services, the customer acknowledges that the readings are offered for personal development and entertainment purposes only.
7. Intellectual property rights
The content of each tarot reading is protected by intellectual property rights. Customers agree not to reproduce, distribute or share the readings without prior permission. Readings are provided for personal use only.
