1. Purpose and scope of application

These general terms and conditions (GTC) govern the sale of tarot reading services offered on this site. By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms and conditions in their entirety.

2. Description of services

The site offers personalized tarot readings by Kelly. These readings are delivered by email within 3 to 7 business days of order confirmation. The services are designed to provide guidance and reflection and are intended for personal and recreational use only.

3. Reservation, Cancellation, and Right of Withdrawal

Tarot orders are considered final once payment has been made. Due to the personalized and intuitive nature of my readings, no cancellations, withdrawals, or refunds are accepted after purchase.

I reserve the right to refuse a reading if the customer’s question does not align with my ethical boundaries (for example: questions related to health, legal matters, or third parties without their consent). In that case, the customer will be contacted within 24 hours. If we are unable to agree on a revised question, the order will be canceled and a refund will be issued, minus any non-refundable transaction fees charged by Stripe.

Please note: transaction fees charged by Stripe are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount in such cases.

4. Payment and billing

Payment is required in full at the time of booking. Payments are processed via Stripe, which guarantees optimum transaction security. No order will be confirmed until payment has been validated.

5. Limitation of liability

The tarot services offered on this site are intended for guidance and personal reflection. They do not guarantee any specific result and are not a substitute for professional advice in areas such as health, legal matters, or financial decisions. Kelly does not perform readings related to legal matters, health issues, or third-party requests (e.g., questions about other people’s private affairs).
By using these services, the customer acknowledges that the readings are offered for personal development and entertainment purposes only.

6. Intellectual property rights

The content of each tarot reading is protected by intellectual property rights. Customers agree not to reproduce, distribute, or share the readings without prior permission. Readings are provided for personal use only.
